Isenthal / St. Jakob. Zuerst ein Stück dem Sträßchen entlang, dann schöner Wanderweg zur Alpwirttschaft Biwaldalp. Dann Aufstieg zur Gitschenhöreli Hütte nähe Urirotstock und wieder zurück zur Biwaldalp. Am 2. Tag Abstieg zum Bösenboden, Aufstieg zum Alpbeizli Oberalp und Bannalppass und Bergstation Bannalp.
